Karina Henderson is an award-winning business and brand strategist, committed to serving and strengthening communities.

With 20+ years in communications and strategy, Karina has worked for upstart campaigns, community institutions, small businesses, and global brands.

Organizations seek her out when they want to stop guessing and start leading with a narrative that gets heard. Her diversified experience means she helps leaders see around corners with a mix of humor and skill.

Karina built her career in Oklahoma and Wisconsin. Her professional and volunteer work ranges from the NBA’s Oklahoma City Thunder to the Milwaukee County Executive’s office, from teaching at Marquette University to judging civic education competitions.
